Who Can Apply: Awarded to a minor child (age 24 or under) of an employee or contractor working for Finch Ranches OR be a resident of the town of Piru. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior or have previously graduated from a Ventura County high school, and enrolled or enrolling at an accredited 4-year college or university, community college, or trade school. Applicant must have a minimum 3.2 GPA (2.0 for reapplicants). If the applicant is related to an employee or contractor of Finch Ranches, they must identify the full name of the parent or guardian. Prior recipients may re-apply for consideration in successive years.
