Who Can Apply: First Tee – Phoenix College Scholarship Program recognizes exemplary achievement by a young person currently involved in First Tee – Phoenix programming in the areas of academic achievement, chapter involvement, leadership, and essay responses.
1. Be currently active in First Tee – Phoenix, having been an active member for a minimum of two years (Preference given to members with continuous participation)
2. Be enrolled in high school or equivalent with the expectation to graduate THIS year
3. Plan to continue higher education for successive years at a 4yr, 2yr or technical institution
4. Complete all supplemental questions outlined for the First Tee – Phoenix College Scholarship Program
5. Participates in interview with scholarship committee
