Who Can Apply:
- To provide an annual scholarship for a graduating senior whose parent or grandparents are members of the Davis Fraternal Order of Eagles #936 or Ladies Auxiliary.
- To be awarded to students upon the recommendation of the Scholarship Committee and the approval of the TCF Board of Directors.
