Who Can Apply:
- The Freddie L Brown Scholarship exists to celebrate an undergraduate student with wit and humor that is expressed through creative outlets.
- High school and undergraduate students are encouraged to apply, submitting their best original story, poem, anecdote, drawing, etc. that displays their wit, humor, and spirit.
