Who Can Apply:
- Recipient must be a full-time incoming freshman student who is a resident from the State of California. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, academic merit and community service.
- One of the purposes of this scholarship is to increase diversity at Florida State University. Any student may apply to be considered for the award; however, it is the preference of the donor that the recipient be a United States citizen.
Submission: Please include a brief essay stating why you chose to attend FSU.
