Who Can Apply: The Gene & Dottie Portugal Scholarship is awarded to a continuing college student with any major at College of the Redwoods. Other requirements for this scholarship are listed below.
1. Available to continuing college students
2. Open to all majors
3. Minimum 3.75 cumulative GPA
4. Enrolled in a minimum of 12 units
5. Must have demonstrated financial need
6. Must be a re-entry student (out of high school or college for at least 5 years)
7. Must be female, head of household
