Who Can Apply: This scholarship is awarded to an applicant who will be a freshman at ISU, UNI, or U of I next academic year and is pursuing a four-year degree. Eligible applicants must document in their application participation in 4-H communication project/programs.
- Applicant must plan to attend ISU, UNI, or U of I in the fall that this scholarship is awarded.
- Applicant must be a college freshman in the semester that the scholarship is awarded.
- Applicant must have participated in the 4-H Communication project/program.
- Applicant must have attended a public high school.
- Applicant must be pursuing a 4 year degree.
