Who Can Apply: The Golden Rule Scholarship was established at ACF in loving memory of Matthew Troy Encelewski by his parents, teachers, and friends. Matt was a student at Ninilchik High. He was known as a quiet but talented young man who participated in many activities and gave his best to each. In many ways, Matt’s life reflected the Golden Rule, “do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
