Who Can Apply:
- The Green Mountain Memories Scholarship will honor the memory of Mark Forgette, a substance abuse counselor and help support a student who is pursuing a career in helping those who struggle with substance abuse.
- Undergraduate students studying to become professionals in the fields of mental health, addiction, substance abuse help, and other related fields are eligible to apply.
Submission: In your application, write about what motivated you to pursue a career in a substance abuse-related profession.
