Who Can Apply:
- Suicide is a significant but preventable cause of death in the US, affecting people of all age groups.
- In 2019 alone, 47,500 people died by suicide, making suicide the second-leading cause of death among people between the ages of 10 and 34. In order to save these lives, it’s vital that mental health resources are improved and that the stigma around mental illness is combated.
