Who Can Apply:
- This scholarship aims to honor the memory of Hector Javier Palacios by supporting students who plan to spend their careers giving back through law enforcement.
- Any high school senior, high school graduate, or undergraduate student from Southwest High School,
- Pearsall High School, Somerset High School, Fox Technical High School, Tom C Clark High School, or the University of Texas at San Antonio in Texas, may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they’re pursuing law enforcement.
