Who Can Apply:
- Applicants must be graduating seniors from one of the following Oklahoma City public high schools: Douglass, Millwood, U.S. Grant, Capitol Hill, Southeast and Crooked Oak.
- Unweighted GPA must be greater than or equal to 2.7.
- Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to community service and leadership.
