- This scholarship will be awarded to incoming freshmen minority students who are seeking their first bachelor’s degree at UMSL.
- Candidates must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and demonstrate financial need.
- Full-time enrollment at UMSL (12 hours each semester) is required.
