- His ministries involved the teaching and training of lay leadership, overseeing summer programs for inner-city children, raising funds, writing grants, and assisting in facilitating housing development for low-income families. Jack led a life of charity, kindness, and selfless service and is missed by many.
- This scholarship aims to pay tribute to Mr. Jack D. McWilliams Sr. for his dedicated work and services in the church and the surrounding community in which he lived.
- Any high school student in Cincinnati, Ohio may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they have at least a 3.0 GPA. Students at the following schools are eligible: Aiken, Clark Montessori, Gamble Montessori, Hughes, School of Creative and Performing Arts, Shroder Paideia, Taft, Walnut Hills, Western Hills, Withrow, Woodward, Princeton, Fairfield, Colerain, Northwest, Winton Woods, Dater, Roger Bacon, Seton, LaSalle, St. Xavier, Elder, and Archbishop Moeller high school.
