- Jennifer Dawn Kelley was a dedicated mother and wife who was taken from her family at just forty years old after a hard-fought battle with cancer.
- Jennifer loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was a lifelong learner, a hard worker, and a source of strength to her young family. The greater Kelley family believes in dedication through out-of-the-box ideas and strong family values. Since Jennifer’s passing, her husband and young son have taken on the credo of “Kelley boys never quit.”
- This scholarship seeks to honor the memory of Jennifer Kelley by supporting students who exemplify the qualities of hard work, creative thinking, and selflessness that she lived by.
- Any undergraduate student in Virginia or North Carolina who has non-profit or volunteering experience, as well as a history of work while in school, may apply for this scholarship opportunity. Applicants should put the needs of others before their own and should have a long-term goal of respect and professionalism.
