- Music programs such as band or orchestra aren’t always prioritized by school districts, often resulting in programs being underfunded or cut entirely. Coupled with a lack of encouragement from parents and teachers, musically-inclined students may not feel supported in their pursuit of music. Wonderful directors like Joe can make up for this lack of societal motivation, helping students foster their creativity and hone their talents, setting them up for a lifetime of passion and success.
