- College costs have grown increasingly expensive in recent decades, forcing students to grapple with their financial circumstances and their ability to pursue their dreams.
- When tuition, books, fees, and simple living expenses climb out of reach, students from low and middle-income homes lose the opportunity to go after their academic and professional goals, hindering their ability to fulfill their intellectual curiosity, get involved in leading fields, and earn competitive salaries.
- This scholarship aims to provide deserving students with the funds they need to thrive as they move forward from college and embark on the next phase of their academic journeys.
- Any high school senior at Crosby High School in Texas who will pursue higher education at a university, community college, or trade school may apply for this scholarship opportunity. However, applicants who are on the varsity golf or soccer teams are preferred.
