- This scholarship aims to support students who are preparing to graduate from high school and enter college.
- Any low-income high school senior or first-year undergraduate student in Texas pursuing a two or four-year undergraduate degree as a first-generation college student may apply for this scholarship opportunity, but minority applicants are preferred.
