Who Can Apply: You are eligible for this scholarship if you are currently enrolled or have been accepted to attend an accredited community college, or a graduate or undergraduate program in the United States.
Submission: To enter the contest, please send a 500-word essay that explains how teens and young adults can avoid drunk driving and prevent others from driving while intoxicated. You are free to discuss your personal relationship with this issue and to list prevention tips to increase road safety.
