- This scholarship seeks to support motivated students who dream of becoming entrepreneurs after completing their college education.
- Any low-income high school senior or undergraduate student who has at least a 3.2 GPA and hopes to become an entrepreneur after college may apply for this scholarship if they are involved in volunteer work.
