Real estate can be an incredible tool for unlocking doors for both agents and the families served.
- This scholarship aims to honor the life and legacy of Lia Kay Sparks by supporting aspiring real estate students who reflect her passion, resilience, and desire to build a brighter future.
- Any undergraduate or graduate student who is a Georgia resident may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they are pursuing real estate and if they have volunteering or community service experience. However, applicants who are single mothers are preferred.
