Who Can Apply: Applicant must be a current resident of Washington County or Allegheny County, PA, who is a student a the Heinz College of Carnegie Mellon University.
Submission: The student’s application must include a response of no more than 500 words to the following essay topic:
“How will my plans for post-secondary education help me to achieve success in my future career?”
