Who Can Apply: The Lucille Hobbs Education Scholarship will award a first generation college student who possesses spirit, determination, excellence, and a strong sense of commitment. Underrepresented minorities in their senior year of high school or in a 4-year undergraduate school can apply if they are first-generation college students. While not required, preference will be given to students majoring in education.
