Who Can Apply: Eligibility for this scholarship requires that the applicant be enrolled in a college, university, graduate, or law school. They can be a GED holder planning to attend college during the upcoming semester. The applicant should also be in good academic standing with a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

- An essay of 500-1,000 words discussing the role of first responders in today’s society and how their roles contribute to public safety.
