Who Can Apply: The Midland Reunion 2000 Scholarship provides funding to graduating seniors from Midland Independent School District high schools. The scholarship award is based on the following criteria:
• graduate of a Midland Independent School District high school,
• financial need,
• good citizenship,
• desire and dedication to succeed in a college or an accredited technological school environment.
