Who Can Apply: OSR, in partnership with Phoenix Capital Fund, LLC, is offering two (2) $500 scholarships to two (2) students attending an accredited U.S. college or university. The accredited U.S. college or university can be an online school, a traditional in-person school, or a hybrid of the two.
Submission: Submit an 800 to 1,000 word essay addressing this question:
“Why do you think more people nowadays are earning their degrees through online universities and colleges as opposed to a decade ago?”
