Who Can Apply: Science, technology, engineering and math, also known as STEM, will have a profound impact on the future of the world and are the fields of focus for many young people who are preparing for the next chapter of their life and education.
These technical disciplines provide the backbone for much of the innovation, invention, and progress that will be occur in the future and it is crucial to encourage the brightest minds to pursue their dreams in these career paths.
This scholarship seeks to support any student at Douglas High School pursuing a four-year degree in STEM, and, where necessary, will give additional consideration to those facing financial challenges.
Any high school senior graduating in 2025 from Douglas High School in Massachusetts may apply for this scholarship opportunity if they meet the following criteria:
· plan to pursue a four-year degree in STEM
· three year residency requirement
· scholastic achievement requirements
