Who Can Apply:
- Who is Phoebe? In the Passion Translation of the Bible, Phoebe is described as one who is who is deserving of honor, a great leader, and champion for many. And, at Love My Phoebe, a Phoebe is described as a trusted and chosen woman who has shown up in your life at the right place and time to help you navigate life’s muddy waters.
- This person saw something in you that you could not see in yourself and helped you become a better person. The Phoebes in Philanthropy Scholarship celebrates the Phoebes in the world and supports minority women over the age of 30 who are pursuing higher education. Earning an education later in life is rewarding but can be challenging. Giving women this support will help them reach their potential and know that it’s never too late to earn a degree.
- BIPOC female students 30 years old and older are eligible to apply if they are undergraduate, trade school, or graduate students in Georgia or New York.
