Who Can Apply:
- Many immigrant parents work with passion and determination to send their children to college in America, often requiring significant sacrifice.
- With college costs rising, it’s becoming increasingly difficult for first-generation students and their families to afford the costs of college. The growing inaccessibility of a college degree threatens to stall the dreams of many prospective students, affecting the livelihoods of their families as well.
- This scholarship aims to support students who are the first in their families to complete a college degree in the U.S. so they can create a better future for their families.
- Any high school junior, senior, or undergraduate student of Indian descent who has at least a 3.5 GPA and will be a first-generation college student may apply for this scholarship.
