Who Can Apply:
- In order to be successful, students must overcome various obstacles in their lives, whether that be financially, in their home lives, or via other unique circumstances. Running away from these challenges doesn’t get you any closer to where you want to be, and only in facing those challenges can you fulfill your goals. The Rev. and Mrs. E B Dunbar Scholarship will support a minority student as they overcome obstacles and pursue their dream careers.
- BIPOC high school and undergraduate students are eligible to apply. Preference will be given to single parents.
Submission: To apply, write about obstacles you’ve had to overcome in your life and how you will use your education to give back to your community.
