Who Can Apply:
- Education matters on an individual level because it opens up doors for people to pursue their passions and creates tremendous opportunities for the future.
- Paying for college isn’t a simple task, and for some students, it can be a barrier to earning a degree. The Shays Scholarship will support a student who is passionate about pursuing a degree in any branch of science. This scholarship will help students fund their education, making the path to education easier to follow.
- High school seniors and undergraduate students are eligible to apply if they have volunteer experience and are majoring in some form of science.
Submission: To apply, write about an experience that motivated you to pursue further education.
