While many STEM professions have a less hands-on approach to guiding the rising generation, they are critical in creating the progress and innovation that will be appreciated in the future. From developing vaccines, cures, and treatments to studying and combating climate change to designing useful products and beyond, STEM careers are the backbone of advancement.
