Who Can Apply:
- Iris Cummings Critchell was a pioneering aviator, Olympic athlete, and mentor who spent her life pushing the boundaries of what was possible. She inspired generations of students to pursue an education and career in aerospace and aeronautics through intellectual curiosity, determination, and hard work. This scholarship supports talented and determined students who want to be at the forefront of aeronautics or aerospace and need additional financial assistance to achieve their goals.
- Any high school or undergraduate student from Arizona, Colorado, California, Nevada, Oregon, or Washington who has financial need and at least a 3.3 GPA if they are a current undergraduate and a 3.5 GPA if they are a current high schooler may apply for this scholarship if they’re pursuing aerospace or aeronautics.
