Who Can Apply: The Sullivan Promise Project Scholarship exists to support students who embody the ‘everyday hero,’ involving themselves in community service or non-profit work. High schoolers from Virginia are eligible to apply if they have a non-traditional home life and yet choose to spend their time making a difference in their community.
