Who Can Apply:
- Self-identify as one of the following underserved groups:
- American Indian or Alaska Native
- Black or African American
- Hispanic or Latino
- Plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year in one of the following states: Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee
- Be current college undergraduates who have completed at least 24 credits at the time of application
- Be pursuing a degree AND career in one of the following areas:
- Architecture
- Building Science
- Civil Engineering
- Construction Management or Construction Engineering
- Entrepreneurship (with Building Supply, Construction Trade, or Homebuilding focus)
- Finance (with a Real Estate focus)
- Real Estate
Submission:
- A current, complete transcript of grades. Grade reports are not accepted. Transcripts must display student name, school name, grades and credit hours for each course and term in which each course was taken.
- A copy of the most recently filed 1040 Tax Form.
