Who Can Apply:
- This scholarship aims to honor Thomas J. Kilcullen’s life by supporting a criminal justice or social work student who demonstrates leadership, kindness, and respect for all.
- Any student in New York who is pursuing criminal justice, social work, or a similar field may apply for this scholarship. Students who have volunteering experience within the special needs community are strongly encouraged to apply.
