Who Can Apply: CCSD Nevada seniors who attended Nate Mack Elementary School, Steve Schorr Elementary School, or Charlotte-Hill Elementary School may apply for this scholarship. Student applicants must plan to attend an accredited college or university to pursue a degree in education as a full-time or part-time student. One scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be offered.
Submission:
- Please upload an essay or video which explains how you have contributed to your community to make it a better place and how you will affect others to do the same as an educator.
- Please upload your resume.
- Financial Statement – Please include your family annual income and why you need assistance with your college expenses.
- Please upload a letter of recommendation from someone who can speak to your character and your commitment to your community.
- Please upload a letter of recommendation (second letter) from someone who can speak to your character and your commitment to your community.
