Who Can Apply:
- Treye Knorr, a beloved son, was born and died in 2006, and while his family did not get to watch him grow into a young man with strong character, determination, and the big dreams of a young person exploring the world, they do see the current world of challenges he would have had to overcome to achieve those dreams.
- As college costs continue to climb, the goal of completing a four-year degree is becoming increasingly out of reach for students with limited financial resources, and the Knorr family would like to help.
- Treye’s family will never get to see Treye live out his dreams, pour into his community, or make his beautiful mark on the world, but they would like to support a young man with strong character and work ethic on his way toward the kind of faithful, intentional, meaningful life they hope Treye would have lived.
- This scholarship stands as a memorial to Treye Knorr by offering support to this generation of learners as they pursue with determination their dreams and their own personal growth through the journey of a university education.
- Any male student who will enter a four-year undergraduate program in the fall of 2024 may apply for this scholarship opportunity. Finalists will be asked to submit a letter of recommendation and will be contacted during the review process.
Submission: To apply, share about yourself and how this scholarship will help you achieve your dreams and contribute to the world in meaningful ways.
