Who Can Apply:
- reside in the United States or Canada
- be enrolled in a full-time college or university program (we reserve the right to request proof of enrollment)
- be a pet guardian
- not work for Waggle or be related to somebody who does
- not be a past Waggle Scholarship recipient
Submission: Write a 400- to 600- word essay outlining steps pet guardians can take to prepare for a veterinary emergency so they’re not forced to surrender their pet, deprive them of essential care, or worse, have them euthanized due to financial limitations.
