Who Can Apply:
- In today’s academic world, many students don’t get the opportunity of a second chance at achieving their goals.
- While many top-performing students deserve recognition for all of their hard work and continued success, not every student’s journey is linear and perfect. Some individuals face more challenges than others, from mental health struggles to family obligations to financial limitations and beyond.
- This scholarship seeks to award the most improved student who may not have started out with the highest GPA but who has put in the work to make progress.
- Any high school senior at Mullins High School in South Carolina may apply for this scholarship opportunity. BIPOC individuals, first-generation college students, and applicants who are parents are strongly encouraged to apply.
Submission: To apply, tell us about your GPA before freshman year and your GPA now. Additionally, tell us about some challenges you have faced and what coping skills you used to overcome these obstacles. Finally, upload a photo of yourself or a family photo.
