Who Can Apply: The UNCF/Lincoln Financial Group Professional Development learning platform will produce interns and employees that are likely to be more productive, efficient, and effective. We allow scholars an opportunity to reflect on learning, highlight gaps in knowledge and experiences, and track learning progress. It allows participants opportunities to learn new skills and gain key interpersonal skills through a variety of theoretical and practical applications.
- Minimum 2.7 cumulative; 3.0 in major

- Classified as College Junior or College Senior for the 2023-2024 academic year
- All majors are welcome to apply. Applicants with the following majors will receive preference; Business, Communications, Cyber Security, Finance, Accounting, Information Management Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology, Insurance, Marketing, Operations Management, Risk Management, Software Engineering and Computer Science.
