Who Can Apply: Paying for a postsecondary education is often the greatest hurdle to access, especially for low-income, first-generation students. Removing this financial barrier through scholarship assistance helps alleviate the distraction that financial uncertainty may pose to these bright young creators who have worked hard to earn college admission. adidas, in partnership with UNCF, seeks to remedy the educational disparities and lack of opportunities that plague far too many underrepresented students, and threatens to deny them the transformational prospects that a postsecondary education can provide students, their families, communities and the nation.
