Who Can Apply: Any graduating high school senior or currently enrolled undergraduate student at an accredited college, university, or vocational/technical school who has maintained a minimum 2.5 GPA on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) is eligible to apply for this scholarship, provided they are a dependent of a full-time EMS team member with at least one year of continuous service at the time of application.
Submission: To apply, write a personal statement including your goals and motivations. Please also share about your family member who is an employee of EMS. Additionally, upload a headshot and a copy of your family member’s 1040, with all information redacted except for filer’s name and dependents.
