Who Can Apply: The Occupational/Physical Therapy Scholarship, is a one-time scholarship in the amount of $5,000, is awarded to four students who are in financial need and have been accepted or are attending an accredited school of occupational or physical therapy (including art or music therapy). A letter of acceptance into the program or the transcript noting the applicant is enrolled in the program must be included with the application.
