Who Can Apply:
1.Enroll full time at one of the following schools: Tri-County Technical College; Greenville Technical College, York Technical College, Piedmont Technical College, Northeastern Technical College;
Spartanburg Community College.
2. Maintain a cumulative 2.5 GPA or better on a 4 scale.
3. Permanent residence in Upstate South Carolina ( Abbeville, Anderson, Cherokee, Greenville, Greenwood, Laurens, McCormick, Oconee, Pickens, and Spartanburg Counties)
4.Pursue a Technical Certification in Information and Other Technology Related fields, including but not limited to Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, Java, Internet, PC Programming, Computer Technology, Information Systems, Information Technology, Network Administration or PC Programming. (below under Supporting Document, attachment has been included showing list of additional eligible technology related programs in the Career Pathways Scholarship Programs.)
5. Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (“FAFSA”) form and demonstrate an unmet financial need as verified by the office of financial aid.
