- Steve was a beloved son who sadly passed away in 2020 due to gun violence, an issue that is affecting the lives of many young people.
- Many students don’t have the resources or encouragement they need to leave their environments, break generational barriers, and see all that they can be in the future. Without financial assistance, it can be difficult or impossible for a student to enroll in college and complete their studies.
- This scholarship seeks to support students who want to get out of their comfort zones and explore more opportunities after high school.
- Any high school senior at Glades Central Community High School in Belle Glades, Florida, may apply for this scholarship opportunity.
