Who Can Apply:
- Driven by its core value to build and leverage a diverse and inclusive workforce, Arcadis offers this $5,000 scholarship award to assist graduate-level students from underrepresented racial and ethnic minority groups (Black, Latinx, American Indian or Alaska Native) in STEM fields with the potential to provide leadership in the water service industry. *This scholarship funding is for the academic year of Fall 2023-Spring 2024 and must be used during that timeframe. You will not receive any funds if you plan to graduate prior to December 2024, and any funds remaining after May 2024 will be returned to the AWWA Scholarship program unless special permission is granted by AWWA’s Water Equation and finance department.
- Final candidates will be asked to submit letters of recommendation and transcripts during the month of January 2023. Neglecting to submit the requested forms will disqualify you from the final round for qualification. Awardees will be asked to submit photos for publication, participate in a virtual scholarship ceremony in May 2023, as well as plan to attend ACE23 in Toronto from June 12-15, 2023 to participate in the scholarship program.
