Who Can Apply:
– Graduating high school senior enrolled in an AVID program at a Maricopa County high school for at least three years OR participated in any Be A Leader Foundation, GEAR UP, or TRIO, or TRIO Upward Bound, or AGUILA, or Si Se Puede program
– Demonstrated commitment to higher education despite personal/financial obstacles
– Accepted and plan to attend Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, University of Arizona, or an Arizona community college and enroll in a minimum of 12 hours each semester
