- This scholarship seeks to honor the memory of Carla M. Champagne by supporting students who are passionate about volunteering and need help with their college expenses.
- Any high school senior, undergraduate, or trade school student in Massachusetts who has non-profit or volunteering experience may apply for this scholarship.
