Artists often go unappreciated and many talented young people neglect their passion and pursue more traditional paths due to lack of encouragement.
- This scholarship honors the life of Catherine Williams by supporting students who demonstrate artistic talent.
- High school seniors in Florida and Massachusetts with an aptitude for drawing or painting may apply for this scholarship.
